Join us for a Myofascial Release self-treatment class designed for parents and children (ages 5-12)! This interactive session will teach simple, hands-on techniques to help regulate emotions and ease stress. When big emotions take over, they can create tension in the body and strain family dynamics. By learning how to release physical tension and gain body awareness, kids can manage their feelings in a healthier way—without outbursts, hitting, or frustration in unproductive ways. Parents will also gain tools to support their child’s emotional well-being while fostering a calmer home environment. Come learn, connect, and move toward a more balanced and peaceful family life!
*one child per adult/ 1 ticket per adult and child

This is a place where you can feel your feelings without judgment, reconnect with yourself, and leave with a newfound zest - plus joints that feel freshly oiled! You will be able to walk away from this class with a treatment and also the confidence to utilize this treatment at home too.
Refreshment will be available to help ground.
